The RNLI is holding a coffee morning on Saturday 13th April at 10.30 in the Paget rooms.

Mo Martin is running the bottle stall and would welcome any contributions.  These can be left behind the bar for collection.

Tickets are only £1 with lots of cakes and hopefully bottles for sale. Your support will be much appreciated.

The Spring Quiz is back,  running for 6 weeks starting Tuesday 26th March 2019,  starting at 8pm.  Questions will probably be easier than last year

The 2019/20 Dinghy Racing Schedule is now available on the Sailing page

A  4 week cycle of training nights at PYC is starting in the Cabin on Thursday the 14th March 2019.

The evenings commence at 8pm and the first session is an RNLI safety night with teaching on cold water safety and, how and when, to ask the RNLI for assistance on the water. There is also a chance for a free buoyancy  aid check.

The next three events will cover Winds and Tactics, Sailing Rules (which might be of a benefit to some more than others; you know who you are), and Responsibilities of the OOD and top tips for laying the best course for the conditions.

The sessions will last around 40 to 50 minutes and then we will retire to the Main Deck for a well earned drink.

The evenings are open to all; sailors and non sailors.
