Galley and Bar


We welcome Martin White 

as our Head Chef / Kitchen Manager.

Many of you will remember Martin from his time with us previously.

Martin has been Head Chef at the Pilot Pub/Restaurant where he gained entry into the Michelin Pub Guide.  Whilst at the pub, Martin gained Trip Advisor’s certificate of excellence and achieved a five star Food Standard rating which we also hold at Penarth Yacht Club.
Martin will be offering a core menu using locally sourced, fresh produce cooked to order.  You will also see a ‘Specials’ board to offer items not listed on the core menu.
All profits generated by the Galley will be invested back into your Club!

To be sure of a table members need to book at the bar from 4.30pm.

The Flag Officers and General Committee of Penarth Yacht Club would respectfully remind members that they may sign an individual guest into the Club up to 6 times per year as stated in our rules and byelaws.

Also, membership cards must only be used by the member to whom the membership card is allocated.   Thank you for your co-operation.

Main Course:

8oz Hake Fillet (supplied by Ashton’s Fishmongers),
Beer Battered with homemade tarter sauce and hand cut chips:   

8oz Fillet Steak, Onion with roasted tomato and hand cut chips:  
Glamorgan Sausage, homemade braised red cabbage and side salad:  (V)
Local Butcher Pork and leek sausage with mash, onion pea gravy:   (gf)
